Most of my past clients say they spent around 20–30 hours getting everything ready before design week kicks off. — one page websites might take a little less time because of less content but do give yourself space, this part shouldn’t be rushed.

But don’t worry — I give you a checklist, prompts, and templates to get it all done.

Because these templates are pre-built, we can get your site launched in just 1 or 5 days. But that means the page layout and structure need to stay mostly as-is. We’ll personalize it with your branding, photos, and content, but if you want extra fancy features or structural changes, you’re welcome to add them after launch or tack on custom work (for an additional fee).

I only work with one website client at a time, so you get my full attention. To keep things on track, we follow a very structured process with clear timelines and deadlines. Each project my clients receive a personalized timeline. Studio hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. EST, and you’ll hear from me within those hours unless we’ve chatted about a different time zone. I’ve worked with clients across Canada, the U.S., and beyond — our planet is big and beautiful, and I’m flexible where needed.

Yes! For now. Squarespace is intuitive for clients, SEO-friendly out of the box, and lets me move at sprint speed. If you need Shopify, WordPress, or another platform, I’m happy to refer you to a specialist.

I require payment in full before your sprint week. This is broken down into our 30% deposit for the project due when the proposal and contract are signed, and to hold your design time. Your final payment of 70% is due on the Friday before our project website build week. That keeps timelines tight and motivation high on both sides. (Past clients booking small add-ons can purchase 2-, 5-, or 7-hour blocks instead.)

100 %. Every build includes on-page SEO basics—page descriptions, meta and alt descriptions for images, keywords in header and footer. Strategic SEO Implementation can be added on to your package if you wish.

We only offer hourly work to past client because I know their websites, their brands and their heart. There is a lot of work behind the scenes in building your website and that step can’t be skipped by doing hourly work for brands I don’t know.

No, because branding is much more then just a logo. I offer branding kits and custom branding but they most times go hand and hand with a website build.

Even though we start with one of Higher Heart templates we put in the same branding and on-boarding process we do for custom brands. You will be certain about your brand, the colours and messaging and have a functional and beautiful website when we are done.
